ADULT BASIC EDUCATION

The Mission of the Hampton County Literacy Council is to provide a comprehensive and fully coordinated adult basic education system that will assist adults in fulfilling their human potential, to participate fully in society and to ensure that all adults with limited literacy skills have the opportunity to pursue appropriate educational or job credentialing opportunities to break the cycle of poverty.
